When you fail or lose at something
- It is the Decree of Allah and He does whatever He wills..
When a loss occurs
- Indeed we belong to Allah, and indeed to Him we will return..
When stricken by tragedy
- We are from Allah and unto Him we return. O Allah take me out of my plight and bring to me after it something better..
- Allah is sufficient for us and the best of those on whom to depend..
Upon seeing someone going through a trial or tribulation
- Praise is to Allah Who has spared me what He has afflicted you with, and preferred me greatly above much of what He has created..
For seeking Allah's help
- Allah is sufficient for us and the best of those on whom to depend..
- I only complain of my suffering and my grief to Allah, and I know from Allah that which you do not know..
